We’re all guilty of it. Morning latte gulped down on arrival at the office, lunchtime sandwich inhaled while tapping furiously at the keyboard. But it’s not really an acceptable way to eat, is it?

Our famously gastronomically sophisticated European cousins would never stand for it. In this project Will Cooper imagined a series of witty, stylised scenarios in which dining al desko goes very wrong – birthday cakes are inadvertently mashed into keypads, smartphones submerged in soup. These extreme “oh my God” moments are a clarion call: time to change and stop eating at your desk?
